Start with what you eat. Get smarter, stronger, happier, better. (List)

We all hear that we all need to eat healthier, but are not exactly sure where to start. As I was reading a book it gave examples of what are some good choices to eat (don’t remember what book it was) so i wrote some of these down and added a few myself to make a list! Nothing to drastic I like to keep things simple and show examples because i feel that is how people learn better!

There are many benefits from just changing what we eat, notice i didn’t say how much. Though there are boundaries to how much to eat of certain things just like they say “to much of a good thing is a bad thing” haha but putting a lot of healthy foods in and around my mouth is better than a lot of Unhealthy foods right.

Some benefits of eating Healthy

  • Helps balance hormones
  • Prevents Diseases
  • Thinking is Clearer
  • Focus is bumped up
  • Learn better& faster
  • Energy increase
  • Sleep better
  • Be Happier
  • Recover better& Faster
  • and lots more

Those are just some benefits that come from cleaning up what we eat that you can use in many areas of your life, exercise, work, games, picking up girls ect. 😉

You want to get foods that are Organic, meaning they are grown like the good ol days of farming with the dog and the F-150(truck) or at farmers markets where people grow the food and sell it you want that over stuff labeled natural. If you cant however that’s ok its better than eating fast food and having Cheetos dust on your face in a daze while watching Katy Perry perform in a flaming hot Cheetos outfit lol i love Katy Perry. Just get what you can from the list be it organic or not.
