Ok so i made a video! probalbly the longest one i’ve made so far and first one talking in it so excuse the shyness im a little camera shy haha
Here I’m doing one exercise I really like which is the Cable twist for Obliques (sides)
Want to start off adjusting the cable shoulder height or a little lower, Grabbing the cable with the inside hand (hand closes to cable/handle) and the other hand on top. forgot to mention this in the video.
Next put feet a little wider than shoulder with apart for your base, bend the knee’s bend the hips
stand already twisted away from the machine, to get full rang of motion.
tighten the core, Pack the scapula (shoulders together and down) bend at elbows slightly and twist.
