Here i go over how to work the butt, back of the legs, and lower back with the stand thingy i forgot whats the name for haha.
Pretty simple Position it to your hips so you bend over it.
Tighten the TVA If you read my book “Workout basics” You know how to do it well by meow
Then reach over keeping the back stright the entire time and squeeze the butt, back of legs, and lower back coming up.
You can even add throwing the weigh up in the air if you want for a lil extra. and thats it.
