So i was having a bit of anxiety last night, and ended up handling it by remembering what i’ve learneded form Eckhart tolle, Tony Robiins and my fav Elliott Hulse!
So I decided to make a video about this since I really think its a pretty big issue with people and we never learn this type of shit in school haha just some tips i use personally, There are obviously more out there so keep an open mind haha and I hope it helps some of you out there (:
